Brian Barensche - Chief Executive

Greetings

As October rapidly closes on us we begin to look for the respite that December brings in the form of year-end holidays and 'fun in the sun'. The key now is for us not to take our eyes off the ball so we can harness all our energy as we make one more final push for the summit. The extra effort and drive that we give to our business can be measured in the results that we show. So, how are you shaping against this time last year? Perhaps when you took your foot off the pedal, did you allow the results you were getting to drive the sales figures? What can you do now that is different and in so doing create 'Ayoba' for everyone in your team and customers alike. Now is the time!

Here at Sirdar we have completed the first of our four part Business Summit season that takes us to Johannesburg, Pretoria and then Durban after a very successful start in Cape Town. We are looking forward to meeting our many new clients who I know will be inspired after spending two and a half days with Carl Bates as he leads us to new heights.

I also would like to welcome MANDY JOHNSON, who joins our team in the Expedition Service Department. Mandy will be your contact in all matters regarding the administration of governance in your enterprise. I know that Mandy will certainly add value and give you all her best support.

Till next time have a fantastic November!

Best regards
Brian Barensche

Business Tip of the Month: New Companies Act - A good opportunity to get your base camp documentation in order before you continue your climb to the Summit
One of the biggest reasons for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) not succeeding is the failure of the owners to agree and record how their enterprise is to be governed.
